UCB stands for United Christian Broadcasters.
Over the coming months we plan to grow our important ministry by making copies of The Word for Today available and launching a local FM station -Life FM. But we will need your help!
With UCB Asia Pacific’s support and resources to assist us with training, IT expertise, business management, equipment maintenance, publicity and public relations, Life FM will quickly be able to start having a positive influence on our young people.

Like many community leaders, we are concerned for the welfare of Kiribati’s next generation as the need for higher education, the search for employment and the negaitive influence of Socaial Media lead many to abandon rural/village life and its associated community and family infrastructure, as well as the traditional values of the nation.

Our ministry is all about partnership. Our team believe Life FM has a valuable role to play in maintaining contact with our next generation through high quality and solid value programs, reaching out through mobile phones, the internet and FM radio. The Word for Today
In addition to radio broadcasts, through our partnership with UCB Asia Pacific we are now able to distribute the internationally-popular and much-sought-after, daily devotional The Word for Today.
The Word for Today is now in circulation in Kiribati and around 30 other countries around the world, including many of our pacific neighbours. Authored by Bob Gass, these books have become one of the most popular Christian daily devotions in many of those nations.
